Products

HEVZSO offers original artworks, photographic works, cyanotype works, prints, felt artworks and related creative products.

Each product page contains the relevant information about the artwork, including its size, materials, price and any special characteristics.

Because the products are handmade and/or artistic works, small variations in colour, texture, surface and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the nature of handmade work and are not considered defects.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on the customer's screen.

Prices

All prices displayed on the website are in [EUR / HUF] and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are shown separately where applicable and are displayed before the customer places the order.

I reserve the right to change prices, but price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Ordering

To place an order, select the desired product and add it to the shopping cart.

Before completing the order, you will be able to review and correct your order details.

By clicking the final order/payment button, you submit a binding order for the selected products.

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.

The automatic confirmation confirms that your order has been received. The contract is concluded when I accept the order and confirm it for fulfilment.

If I am unable to fulfil an order, I will contact you as soon as possible and any payment already made will be refunded.

Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout.

Payment processing may be carried out by a third-party payment provider. I do not store complete payment card details.

Delivery

Orders are shipped to the countries available for selection at checkout.

Shipping costs and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout and/or on the Shipping & Returns page.

I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider after the parcel has been handed over for delivery, although I will of course do my best to assist you if a problem occurs.

Please make sure that the delivery address and telephone number provided during checkout are correct.

Handmade and made-to-order works

Certain artworks may be made to order or recreated based on an existing motif.

Where a product is specifically created according to the customer's individual specifications or is clearly personalised, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply as provided by applicable consumer law.

This exception applies only where the legal conditions for excluding the right of withdrawal are actually met.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the meaning of applicable consumer protection law, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by sending an unambiguous statement to: hevzso@gmail.com

You may also use the statutory withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

If you withdraw from the contract, I will refund the payment received from you, including the standard delivery cost, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by law.

The refund will generally be made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. I may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products for which the law expressly excludes it, including certain goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised goods.

Returns

For returns based on the statutory right of withdrawal, please contact me at hevzso@gmail.com before sending the item back.

The product should be returned safely packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Defective or damaged products

If your order arrives damaged or the product has a defect, please contact me as soon as possible at hevzso@gmail.com, preferably with photographs of the packaging and the product.

Your statutory rights relating to defective products, conformity and consumer remedies remain unaffected by these Terms & Conditions.

I will do my best to resolve the issue directly and fairly.

You retain all rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law.

Intellectual property

All photographs, artwork images, texts, graphics, designs and other original content on hevzso.com are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise stated, the content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the artwork to the buyer.

Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary, for example if the webshop, products or applicable legal requirements change.

The version applicable to an order is the version in force at the time the order is placed.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Hungary.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to consumers under applicable EU or Hungarian law.
