Shipping

I carefully package every artwork so that it can travel safely to you.

Hungary

Shipping: FREE

Orders within Hungary are shipped using the delivery method available at checkout.

European Union

Shipping: ADDITIONAL FEE APPLIES

Shipping within the European Union is subject to a shipping fee. The exact shipping cost depends on the size and weight of the artwork(s) ordered and therefore may vary from order to order.

The final shipping cost will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Other destinations

If you would like to order from a country that is not available at checkout, please contact me at hevzso@gmail.com before placing your order and I will check whether delivery can be arranged.

Processing time

Most ready-to-ship works are dispatched within 3 business days after payment has been received.

For made-to-order artworks, the production time is approximately 5 DAYS–2 WEEKS. The exact production time may depend on the artwork and, in the case of cyanotype works, on weather and sunlight conditions.

If an order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are ready, unless otherwise agreed.

I will contact you if there is a significant unexpected delay.

Delivery

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping provider, you will receive the available tracking information where applicable.

Please make sure that your shipping address, email address and telephone number are correct when placing your order. A telephone number may be required by the shipping provider.

I am not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel appears visibly damaged on arrival, please photograph the packaging before opening it if possible.

If the artwork itself has been damaged during transport, please contact me at hevzso@gmail.com as soon as possible and send photographs of the parcel, packaging and artwork.

I will work with you and the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact me at:

hevzso@gmail.com

You can simply send me a clear statement that you would like to withdraw from the purchase. You do not have to use a specific form.

After notifying me of your withdrawal, please return the product within the applicable legal deadline.

Unless otherwise required by law, the direct cost of returning the product is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once I receive the returned product, or you provide evidence that you have sent it back, I will process the refund in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.

The refund normally includes the original standard delivery charge, but not any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option.

The refund will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in certain situations provided by law.

This may include products that are made according to the customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised.

If you are unsure whether a particular artwork can be returned, please contact me before placing your order.

Exchanges

I do not operate a standard exchange service. If you would like a different artwork, the simplest option is generally to return the original item where the statutory right of withdrawal applies and place a new order.

Faulty or damaged products

If your artwork arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact me at hevzso@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please include photographs where possible so that I can assess the issue and help resolve it.

Your statutory consumer rights regarding defective products remain unaffected.
